Payroll Register

Payroll Register is a standard Preceda Reporting Tool which generates current payrun information for the employees. It can report values being generated by the payroll application and export results (i.e. Payroll Register Report) to Microsoft Excel.

Rules and Guidelines

• This process can only be run when Payrun Status is at Master File Update. If the Payrun is not at the correct status when the user clicks ''Run Process,'' the job will not be submitted and an error message will appear. When ran at the correct status, a CSV file will be created and made available for the user to download via Data Files tab of the Console.

When left blank, employees within Level 1 will be included in the output, but when populated, only the employees belonging to the level 1 code chosen will be included in the report.
